چکیده
The effects of LiMn0.7Fe0.3PO4/C (LMFP) species on the electrochemical performance blended cathodes LiNi0.5Mn0.3Co0.2O2 (NMC) and LMFP are examined. Two types LMFPs synthesized by hydrothermal method (LMFP-1) solid-state reaction (LMFP-2) leading to different physical characteristics uniformity primary particles. NMC LMFP-1 show higher discharge capacity, gravimetric energy density, rate capability than those LMFP-2 for same blending ratio (10, 20, 30, 40, 50 wt% NMC) because differences in electronic conductivity, specific surface area, mean particle size, particles between LMFP-2. capacity density : = 9 1 8 2 at 0.2 C-rate comparable NMC. Further, is highest 7 3. An optimal range revealed based cathode. Moreover, has a considerable impact LMFP.

Electrochemical Characterization of Low-Cost Lithium-Iron Orthosilicate Samples as Cathode Materials of Lithium-Ion Battery
Lithium-iron-orthosilicate is one of the most promising cathode materials for Li-ion batteries due to its safety, environmental brightness and potentially low cost. In order to produce a low cost cathode material, Li2FeSiO4/C samples are synthesized via sol-gel (SG; one sample) and solid state (SS; two samples with different carbon content), starting from Fe (III) in the raw materials (lo...

متن کاملLeaching Process for the Recovery of Valuable Metals from Spent Lithium- Nickel-cobalt-manganese-oxide-based Lithium-ion Batteries
This study focused on the leaching process for the recycling of Li, Ni, Co, and Mn from the LiNixCoyMnzO2 (NCM) cathodes of spent lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). Eh–pH diagrams were used to analyze suitable leaching conditions. Operating variables, such as the concentration of H2SO4 (0.5–2.5 M), concentration of H2O2 (0–1 vol%), temperature (10–50 °C), stirring speed (400–800 rpm), and solid/liqu...
متن کاملElectronic Transport in Lithium Nickel Manganese Oxide , a High - Voltage Cathode Material for Lithium -
Potential routes by which the energy densities of lithium-ion batteries may be improved abound. However, the introduction of Lithium Nickel Manganese Oxide (LixNi1i/2Mn3/2O4, or LNMO) as a positive electrode material appears to be one of the shortest. LNMO is a high-voltage material, with a voltage of 4.7V, and thus offers a significant energy density boost without straying far outside of the s...
متن کاملInitial Discharge Capacity of Manganese Cobaltite as Anode Material for Lithium Ion Batteries
Nanostructured manganese cobalt oxide spinel (MnCo2O4) are prepared by co-precipitation method and calcined at 650 and 750°C. Morphological studies show that by increasing the calcination temperature from 650 to 750°C, morphology of the particles changes from quasi-plate to polyhedral. The MnCo2O4 calcined at 650°C could deliver an initial discharge capacity of 1438 mAh g-1 under current densit...
